These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pace – Quit Zyn iOS application (“Pace” or “the App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

App purpose

Pace is a habit and progress tracking application designed to help you reduce or quit nicotine (including nicotine pouch products) through self-tracking, reminders, and motivational content.

No medical advice

Pace is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services. Any information or guidance provided through the App is for general wellness and motivation purposes only, and is not intended to replace professional medical advice.

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions or concerns, especially if you have health conditions or are considering changes to nicotine use.

User responsibility

You are responsible for how you use the App, including your daily logging, interactions with content, and any decisions you make based on information shown in the App.

No guarantee

Pace does not guarantee any outcome. Progress may vary from person to person.

In-app purchases and upgrades (if applicable)

Pace may include a free version with substantial functionality. The App may also offer paid upgrades, such as:

Monthly subscription to unlock additional features.
Lifetime purchase to unlock access for life (as described in the App Store listing).

Billing and purchase fulfillment are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s terms. We do not process your payment details.

Changes to the App

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the App at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Pace and its developers/owners are not responsible for any harm, loss, or damages that may arise from your use of the App.
We specifically disclaim any medical responsibility, including but not limited to claims related to nicotine-related health effects, cessation outcomes, or any adverse outcomes.

Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the App. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if necessary for safety, legal, or technical reasons.

License

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the App for your own personal use. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the App or any of its content without our prior written permission.

Content

All content in the App — tools, exercises, guides, and text — is owned by Grebssaw AB and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Governing law

Swedish law applies. Disputes shall be settled in Swedish court.
